Long Life MAL (Marine Grade Aluminium) Cabinet

The cabinet is constructed of heavy duty marine grade aluminium, incorporating channel section corner pillars, mounted on a heavy gauge base frame for structural stability. Many components have been powder coated for extra corrosion protection. Cabinet fasteners are stainless steel, monel, nylon and aluminium. Longest Life Rust Free Body.

World First ABS Plastic Volute

It is the worlds first cooling plant with the internal air duct volute made of ABS Plastic. It has many advantages like rust free path for life, great sound dampening property, very long life and zero maintenance.

Fan Motors

Three phase motors are TEFC tropic proof, aluminium frame, PI55 enclosures to A8 1359.

Water reservoir

The water reservoir is a piece rotational moulding fo polyethylene, providing a thick walled, corrosion free component with excellent sound deadening properties.

Blower Wheel

The blower wheel is a double inlet, multi blade, forward curve, centrifugal type. Constructed from galvanised steel, the wheel is statically balanced. The blower shaft is precision ground solid stainless steel and is mounted in rubber insulated, self aligning, single row ball bearings.

Electrical Control

The three phase starter assembly is prewired within the unit. The enclosure is hose proof to IP55 and incorporates an isolation switch. The Remote Wall control panel supplied incorporates pump, fan and speed variation mechanisms.
